This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how we, WELL AWAKE, Kvk no: 91233682 incorporated under the laws of The Kingdom of the Netherlands, (hereinafter referred to as the “WELL AWAKE”, “us”, “our” or “we”, “Company”) process personal information about you (the “Customer” or “you”) when you use our website www.well-awake.com and when you register through our website www.well-awake.com   (the “Site”). We are a data controller of the personal information which are processed on our behalf. Our website uses the Wix.com platform and Wix.com acts as a data processor together with other third-party providers explained in this policy as well as in the Wix.com privacy policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not submit information to us. System Information (Website Visitors and Customers)

 

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect information about your use of the platform including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access.
